The NorDor organization is excited to announce the kickoff of our second annual golf event!
Please join us for an exciting 18-hole scramble and support the philanthropic work of the NorDor Foundation. All proceeds raised for this event will go towards the L.D. Williams Education Advancement Scholarship fund. The scholarship was established and dedicated to those students who identify as an underrepresented minority group (URG) in the Dallas/FT. Worth area. The premise of the L.D. Williams Education Advancement scholarship is to provide encouragement and support to URG students who are committed to academic excellence and leadership. This award can be used to assist with covering expenses such as tuition, books, fees, and other living expenses.
Please join us, Saturday, June 1, 2024, for a day of golf and networking. We are expecting 70+ participants including former professional athletes and corporate personnel who love the sport of golf. The tournament will start at 7:00am with registration and a shotgun start at 8:00am. Players will compete in teams of 4. You may either sign up individually ($150/person), in which case we will place you with 3 other players, or as a full team ($500/team of 4). While on the course we will provide all player with beverages (water).
